I’m a Facilities Manager for a large corporation in Indianapolis IN., we contracted with Avant-Garde to replace one of our turnstiles. There quote for this job was very reasonable, they kept us updated on the delivery time for the turnstile. The project was done on time and within budget. There technicians were professional during the installation, they cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. Three days after the installation was done, Avant-Garde called me to make sure everything was ok and working properly. Avant-Garde made the whole experience easy and informative.

The Avant Garde team was very responsive on the front end providing multiple quotes and re-quotes as our customer worked through deciding which setup would work best for them. The Avant Garde team worked closely with the customer’s in-house access control team to ensure all of the correct hardware was specified, integrated, and properly located. They provided regular communication and updates on the status of the order due to the long lead time on the custom fabrication. When the time finally arrived for install, their team was complete within 24 hours of the material arriving on site.
